The half-marathon will take place on July 2 in Achill.
Registration for participants will open today (Friday afternoon at 2pm ) at the registration HQ in Keel and will remain open until 11pm that night. Participants are asked to bring the confirmation email they received when registering online with them when they show up for pre-race registration.
The registration HQ will be open again from 7.30am on Saturday. The race will start at 11am to the strains of the traditional Achill pipes and to words of encouragement from Mary Davis, who is officially starting the event.
