Race2Glory officially launched by running legend Catherina McKiernan

The Race2Glory was recently launched by Irish running legend and Olympian Catherina McKiernan in the Park Hotel, Kiltimagh. The inaugural 40 kilometre multi-sport adventure race takes place in Kiltimagh on Saturday July 16, incorporating a 10 kilometre mountain run, 23 kilometre cycle, and a seven kilometre river run. Kiltimagh provides an ideal setting for such an event, with the capabilities of its natural amenities to facilitate a multi-sport adventure race and a history of athletic success; as it was home to 1924 Olympian runner Sean Lavan.

The Race2Glory is already on track to become a huge success after the course was given the official seal of approval by Irish Olympian Catherina McKiernan and Padraig Marrey, race co-ordinator and winner of Gael Force West 2010.

Registration for Race2Glory is now open with a special early bird price of €40 per entry, this is a limited offer so hurry and register now.
