Arthritis and joint mobility classes will be held in Bernie's Fitness Direct, American Street, Belmullet, on Tuesdays from 1pm to 2pm and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm. Classes will also take place in Eachleim on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.
