Community support for older people grants

Minister Pat Carey at the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht affairs has announced funding for a number of Mayo groups under the Scheme of Community Support for Older People.

Mayo beneficiaries are as follows: Fahy community alert, €200; Killasser community alert, €2,944; Knock West community alert, €2,327; Louisburgh Lecanvey community alert, €1,013; Newport neighbourhood watch, €1,272.
