Judge pays tribute to solicitor

Judge Mary Devins paid tribute to Ann McEllin, “a very valued member of the legal profession”, following Ms McEllin’s death last week.

Judge Devins described the solicitor as a “beautiful” person, who was “gracious” and “charming” and “who will be greatly missed”.

Speaking of behalf of the solicitors, John O’Dwyer extended his sympathy to the family of the “ever smiling” Ms McEllin, and Inspector Joe McKenna on behalf of the Garda also extended his sympathy.
