It can be very hard to be motivated if you do something on your own, but with the course you have a group of people with the same goal.” Patricia's motivation continued and at the completion of her third course she had lost two stone.

“The staff are great. They help with the good food ideas and you can ask them anything. They even give you a call each week at home to see how you are getting on,” Patricia explained.
