Congratulations to the Rockvale Residents Association who organised an excellent clean up of the estate last week. Over 20 bags of litter were filled and with the assistance of the Town Council this was collected and disposed of environmentally.
With the help and support of all, Castlebar can become a force in the Tidy Towns competition which once again will be adjudicated over the summer months. A new street sweeper will also be in operation over the summer.
