Drive in movies will open today, Friday, December 4, at 5pm, with a special message from Santa Claus who will appear on the big screen and officially open the Drive in Movies at Mayo Movie World for the Month of December.
Movies on Friday are Toy Story at 5pm and Grease at 8pm. Saturday’s showings are Frozen, Secret Life of Pets 2, Aladdin, and Bohemian Rhapsody; while on Sunday there will be screenings for Paddington, The Grinch, Jumanji, Welcome to the Jungle and Mamma Mia.
Other movies being shown this Christmas are: The Grinch who stole Christmas, Santa Claus, A Christmas Carol, Back to the Future, E.T., Love Actually and loads more.
Drive in movies will take place every weekend until Christmas and then every day from December 26 to 30, with four shows a day. Tickets are now available on www.mayomovieworld.ie and some shows are already sold out, so get your tickets now.
Hot Chocolate with marshmallows, popcorn, slushies, hot nacho’s, hot food and drinks and snacks are all available to order directly to your car. Mayo Leisure Point or Mayo Movie World will not be open this Christmas. If you would like to buy vouchers, they will be open during the Drive in movies every weekend for voucher sales.
