The award winning Ice House Spa - located beautifully on the Quay in Ballina - offers clients the chance to indulge in relaxation and peace and is an ideal venue to spoil yourself in during 2019.
The Ice House Spa team offers a vast range of treatments and packages, all tailored to suit individual needs.
The Spa uses the Irish made brand VOYA, which Spa Manager Elaine Armstrong describes as 'wonderful' - because of its versatility, sensitivity to skin and organic ingredients.
"VOYA is a very popular brand and we love it here because it is so gentle. It does not irritate even the most sensitive of skins, which is important when using it on a variety of clientele", said Elaine.
Numerous treatments are on offer in the spa, for example, the Ice House Chill Massage, the Indian Head Massage, facials and a huge array of scrubs and body wraps, to name a few.
For a more specified treatment, the spa provides mums-to-be treatments using non-harmful oils and aromas, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation prior to the big day.
In addition, as fully trained and certified workers in the field, the Ice House Spa team offers wellness for cancer treatments, suited to each person's own stage of treatment and recovery.
These include treatments designed to relax and de-stress both the body and mind using tailored products and methods.
With renovations planned from January 7 to February 11, Spa Manager Elaine Armstrong promises the new features planned will be worth the wait.
‘We will be placing two thermal showers and an aroma essence suite - which is milder than a steam room and is perfectly safe for both mothers-to-be and those having cancer treatment,’ explained Elaine.
With every spa visit clients can avail of all facilities including the sauna, steam room, outdoor spa garden, and hot tub - and with the new renovations planned, there will soon be even more for guests to enjoy.
