Low cost counselling and psychotherapy in Ballinrobe

Low cost counselling and psychotherapy is available in Tacú Family Resource Centre in Ballinrobe. Contact (087 ) 2859973 to talk confidentially and/or to make an appointment. Each call to the low-cost counselling service is dealt with promptly and the caller is matched with a suitable counsellor. This is a confidential service.

Ballinrobe Support Group for Carers

A new carers support group is being set up in the Tacú Family Resource Centre, Ballinrobe. This is a great chance for carers to get together and have a chat on a monthly basis. 25 Partners in Ballinrobe

A weekly 25 card game for partners in aid of Western Care south Mayo services will take place in Western Care's Crannmór training centre in Ballinrobe every Sunday night from Sunday, November 11, commencing at 7.30pm sharp. Entry costs €10 per person.

Claremorris Community Radio AGM

The AGM of Claremorris Community Radio will take place in the D’Alton Inn Claremorris on Monday November 12 at 8pm.

Common Sense Parenting in Claremorris

Cúram Family Support is running a Common Sense Parenting Course for parents of school-aged children from six to 16 years old, beginning on Thursday November 8 for six weeks, one morning a week from 10am to 12 noon in Cúram Family Centre, D’Alton Street, Claremorris. Common Sense parenting provides parents with a repertoire of skills that will aid parents in encouraging positive behaviour and managing misbehaviour with their children. Friday Friends in Claremorris FRC

Friday Friends meet in the centre every Friday from 2pm to 4pm. This is a drop-in facility and open to all older people in the community – come along – meet new people, make new friends.

Teen Parenting Workshops in Claremorris

Claremorris Family Resource Centre will be hosting a teen parenting workshop, where you will learn tips and techniques to understand and communicate better with your child.
