For the fourth year in a row, Winters Property has been shortlisted for multiple national facilities management awards for its exceptional property services.

In previous years, the work of the team at Winters has been acknowledged at these awards, which recognise excellence and exceptional standards in the facilities management industry.

This year, Winters is on the shortlist for Property Management Team of the Year, Specialist Service Provider for its student accommodation management, IT Project of the Year, and the top award of Property Management Company of the Year, which it has won for the last two years.

“While we are now providing a lot of development consultancy services to support the construction of badly needed new properties nationwide, it’s great to see that our core property management business continues to excel," said Enda McGuane, managing director of Winters Property. "Once again our team have been recognised on a national stage for their industry leading standards and excellent customer service.

"The property sector has rightly become highly regulated in recent years and WPM have been to the forefront of this process," he added. "We can see on a daily basis the impact that the current shortage of residential properties is having both on our economy and society, so WPM is also driving innovative solutions in the sector through our focus on built to rent and collective living developments as well as standard residential properties. Ultimately our goal is to deliver best in class services to our clients every day we go to work.”
