Fitzy’s Week On The Black Stuff Tour arrives in Galway next week

A UNIVERSALLY respected and in-demand producer, Alan Fitzpatrick is carving out his own musical niche within the ever-expanding genre of techno, earning him the reputation of an unstoppable source of hit music.

Galway will be able to see the Southampton man in action when he brings his Fitzy’s Week On The Black Stuff Tour to the Electric Garden & Theatre on Thursday December 14 from 10pm.

Fitzpatrick has enjoyed a successful 2017, having released a series of head-turning productions, which has seen him take a step out from the techno underground, and towards the electronic music main stage. He has also enjoyed attention from BBC Radio 1, Mixmag, and Resident Advisor, elevating him to a position of one of the most influential electronic artists of the moment.

Tracks such as ‘We Do What We Want’ have featured on the BBC's Match Of The Day and Annie Mac's Radio 1 show; while ‘Love Siren’, ‘Truant’, ‘Skeksis, ‘For An Endless Night’, ‘Always Something For Nothing’ and ‘Reflections’ (a BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune ) have all topped sales charts since 2009.

Alan Fitzpatrick plays a special Hoolie with resident Paul Belton on support. There will also be Refuge DJs in Factory & Orange Tree edits on the night. Tickets are available on the door.
