Today will see the auction team in DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard hold the last of its winter auction series in the Radisson Hotel at 3pm.
The running order sees some 25 lots come to the market with the usual eclectic mix of properties, and something to suit all buyers. The award-winning auction experts have reported large turnouts at the open viewings, and are expecting plenty of activity in their auction rooms today.
Auction director James Heaslip has been delighted with the turnout of potential buyers at the open-viewings.

As for the rest of the team, although it’s a busy day with lots happening, it's one we all really enjoy, especially when the gavel falls on the last lot.”
