Seasonal bistro fare at The Ardilaun

Award winning head chef Ultan Cooke and his team at The Ardilaun have just introduced new bistro lunch and dinner menus with seasonal specials which change daily to make the most of the freshest produce. The new menus include delicious fish and roasts of the day, power salads, soups, and sandwiches.

As part of the 55 years celebrations at The Ardilaun hotel, a new free fairy trail map which is both fun and informative for both young and old is given to all children who dine in The Ardilaun Bistro or those who have for Sunday lunch at The Ardilaun. Popular main course dishes include The Ardilaun cheeseburger, 10oz Hereford sirloin steak, Thai green curry, and grilled chicken breast, followed by sweet treats such as strawberry crème brulee, and an old time favourite sticky toffee pudding.

Using the finest selection of local artisan produce, each dish incorporates home-grown herbs and delights from The Ardilaun’s own kitchen walled garden and herb garden, which add an extra special homemade touch to each sumptuous dish.
