The summer auction season is set to break phenomenal records with O’Donnellan & Joyce bringing an extensive list of more than 80 properties to the market this week for its ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ summer auction set for Thursday June 8.
Without a doubt this is the largest auction ever held in the west of Ireland and enormous local interest as well as national and international interest is anticipated.
Open viewings for many of the properties are commencing on Saturday May 13. Full details and viewing times will be available online for all the properties listed for sale which include properties in Galway city and county, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Mayo, Offaly, Roscommon, Leitrim, Sligo, Longford, and Donegal.
Managing director and auctioneer, Colm O’Donnellan, said: “There is plenty of variety in this auction to suit investors and first time buyers with all the counties on the Wild Atlantic Way having something for sale.”
