Galway Executive Skillnet provides subsidised training courses to local businesses ranging from soft skills to management development. Popular courses include front line managers/assistant managers' development programme, QQI Level 6 award, which is delivered by Leap Leadership. The next course starts in Galway on March 30.
Participants will learn to:
Understand the key roles and responsibilities of effective management;
Demonstrate improved ability to motivate and manage individuals and teams;
Learn practical approaches to engage employees and drive team performance;
Structure conversations with employees to address performance issues and agree new behaviours;
