A sibling exhibition

Isbéal Nic Aoidh and Dara McGee at Renzo Café

THE ARTISTS Isbéal Nic Aoidh and Dara McGee - who are also brother and sister - are holding a joint exhibition of their work in the Renzo Café, Eyre Street.

Dara obtained a Fine Art honours degree from the University of Ulste, and has since worked on television and film projects as a scenic painter including, Sinners (BBC ), Showbands (RTÉ ), Rós na Rún (TG4 ), and Druid productions including The Leenane Trilogy, as well as Macnas parades. He has held three solo exhibitions, and his paintings are in collections in the US, Wales, Toronto, and the Irish ambassadors residence in Norway.

Isbéal Nic Aoidh, graduated from GMIT with BA in fine art in 2008. She has exhibited in Féile na Samhna Exhibition in the Rosa Parkes Gallery and in group shows with 6 Degrees West in The White Room, The University Hospital Trust, Anton's Café, the Town Hall Theatre, and in Kinvara Courthouse.

The exhibition runs until March 6.
