DTZ Sherry FitzGerald rebrands as Cushman & Wakefield

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald confirmed as Cushman & Wakefield’s exclusive affiliate in the Republic of Ireland

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has announced that DTZ Sherry FitzGerald will be Cushman & Wakefield’s exclusive affiliate in the Republic of Ireland (Ireland ) and will be rebranded as Cushman & Wakefield. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. Sherry FitzGerald Group had been DTZ’s Irish partner since 1998.

The partnership, announced yesterday, brings together Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform and Sherry FitzGerald’s deep expertise across Ireland’s commercial property market.

Cushman & Wakefield is a top three global real estate services firm, with some 43,000 employees in more than 60 countries, recorded revenue of over $5 billion, 4.3 billion sq ft under management, and $191 billion in global transactions. In the UK, Cushman & Wakefield, headquartered in London, has 2,000 employees and offices in all the key UK cities.

The Sherry FitzGerald Group business has 650 employees in 97 offices and a presence in every county in Ireland. The newly branded Cushman & Wakefield has a 100-strong team working out of offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway.
