Amazing Apples return to the Róisín Dubh

Galway band to play their first major Galway gig of 2016

THE AMAZING Apples, the Galway Advertiser's Galway Band Of The Year 2015, play their first major Galway show of the year in the Róisín Dubh on Sunday August 20 at 9pm.

The quintet have been described as "purveyors of top-quality indie-folk, with more harmonies than you could shake a stick at....Bright, bubbling, positive music with real heart" by Hot Press.

Their debut album A Little Sense, was recorded in Grouse Lodge with producer Joe Chester (The Coronas, Ryan Sheridan ). It went to No 3 in the Irish Independent Charts, and 27th overall on the Official Irish Charts. The band have played at Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions, and Indiependence, and supported Ryan Sheridan, Paddy Casey, The Saw Doctors, and Walking on Cars.
