Winters Property letting team has been nominated for the Team of the Year Award 2016 for its excellent full letting service.
In addition, Winters has also been nominated for the overall Property Management Company of the Year Awad, Residential Project of the Year Award for student accommodation, and the important Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Facilities Management Awards 2016.
It follows last year's success when Winters Property won the Project of the Year award for refurbishing an apartment block damaged by flooding in Galway city.
Commenting on the nominations Deirdre Greaney, letting manager at Winters Property, says letting property is becoming increasingly more complicated following recent changes to legislation.
"We are continually trying to improve our service and are delighted our team has been recognised nationally.”
