This week finally saw the arrival of the good weather that we have all been craving and it certainly seems to have given everyone a little lift. The auction team in DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard were also busy spreading a bit of summer cheer with the launch of their impressive June auctions last week. This next auction sees 20 lots come to the market with the usual diverse mix of properties, and something to suit all types of buyer. Auction director James Heaslip reckons the weather has a big effect on sales. “It’s great to see the summer finally here," he said. "We’ve had brilliant start to the year and have had some great results, but the arrival of our summer series of auctions means we are into our busiest time of the year.
