The Ardilaun Bistro at Galway’s iconic The Ardilaun hotel has launched a new seasonal menu, building on its reputation as one of the leading fine dining and gourmet cuisine destinations in Galway. Award winning executive head chef David O’Donnell has created a new contemporary seasonal menu which highlights and celebrates the culinary delights of the west of Ireland. Using the finest selection of local artisan produce, each dish will take diners on a sensory journey by promoting first-class ingredients from passionate local producers along the west coast of Ireland. The menu features fresh seasonal produce from The Friendly Farmer, McGeough’s Fine Foods, Aran Goats Cheese, Bláth na Mara hand-harvested seaweed, Achill Island Sea Salt, Galway Goat Farm, and many more. Lunch is served daily from 12 noon to 4pm, with the evening dinner menu served from 5.30pm to 9pm.
