Strong sales at Maoilín

There has been phenomenal interest and bookings at Maoilín, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, with 27 houses sold at the launch of the last phase, representing sales to value €6,250,000.

Agents Sherry FitzGerald and O’Donnellan and Joyce reported a huge turnout over the weekend of April 9 and 10 with approximately 400 viewers going through the showhouse on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Viewers were very impressed with the style, finish, fitout, design, layout, and the quality of the homes on offer. As a consequence sales were brisk with 27 houses booked by eager buyers.

Tony Kavanagh of Sherry FitzGerald said: “The feedback from viewers and buyers is extremely positive with people commenting on the design and efficiency of these homes as well as the quality of build. People were delighted to see a major new homes development taking shape, and that these were available to buy at reasonable prices, hence the strong level of sales.”

Burkeway Homes is an established Galway development company headed by Mike Burke and Fred Fullard. Their vision was to provide family homes that offer space, quality, and efficiency, and what they have created strongly appeals to buyers in the market.

Maoilín is a development of 73 two, three, and four bed semidetached and four bed detached homes. Sixty of the 73 have now been sold and or booked.

Selling agents Sherry FitzGerald and O’Donnellan & Joyce will be opening the showhouse again on Saturday and Sunday April 16 and 17 from 2pm to 4pm, and bookings can be taken for the remaining available homes.
