Something for everyone at Beechmount Art Studio

Beechmount Art Studio is going from strength to strength after winning the Arts, Tourism and Sport category in the recent SCCUL Awards 2016, and founder Aisling Kearney Burke is focusing on the new term, which launches the beginning of April and the upcoming Easter Art camp.

The multi award winning Lackagh based art studio has grown considerably since it opened in August 2014 and now offers a wide and varied range of adult classes including oil and acrylic painting led by Aisling herself and drawing and watercolour classes led by talented local artist Kathy Ross.

With step by step instruction and small class sizes offered on both mornings and evenings, there is a class to suit everyone. Aisling Kearney Burke says the ethos at Beechmount Art Studio is to work to one's own ability and style. "Everyone has their own signature style and we embrace that, so whether you're an absolute beginner or an accomplished artist, we can work with you to bring your best artistic creativity out."

A new term of children's and teens' art classes will take place in April where participants will learn the basics of art and explore their creativity, to further their confidence and independent thinking. Beechmount Art Studio also hosts fully catered children's art parties both in the studio in Lackagh and in homes around the city and county. The popular Paintclub, ‘Cocktail and Painting’ nights are also a regular on the Galway social scene.

Beechmount Art Studio prides itself on catering for every type of artist and devotes itself to making every student and artist the best they can be. For more information see www.beechmountartstudio.com or call 087 9385026.
