At Mindful Movements we specialise in Joseph Pilates reformer bed exercises. Combined with our instructors skill and expertise, we regularly achieve a dramatic impact on the lives of our clients in how they look, feel and move.
Our expertly designed studio offers our clients an air of privacy upon arrival. We encourage everyone to take refuge in our relaxation room where the lights are low, Solaris teas are brewing in the pot, and books encouraging the body and mind to switch off, are dotted around the room.
In addition to offering instruction in equipment based pilates, we also have a junior studio, at the rear of the building, where we offer instruction in Aerial Yoga, Natya Yoga, TRX and mat Pilates. Combining our collective dance experience with the practice of Pilates and Yoga, the highly skilled team at Mindful Movements offers a unique approach in helping all clients develop and maintain optimum fitness.
