After the success of phase 1 sales of 12 homes at Maoilín on the Ballymoneen Road, Burkeway Homes Ltd has announced the launch of phase 2 of 20 homes from plans. Phase 2 comprises a mix of two, three, and four bed semidetached and four bed detached homes ranging in size from 996sq ft to 1,400sq ft. These homes will all be BER A rated and will be built to a very high standard of construction.
Phase 1 houses are due to be completed in February/March 2016 and the current launch of Unit Nos 1 to 20 will be due for completion in May/June 2016.
