From Monday July 27 to Sunday August 2 race goers are invited to savour scrumptious champagne inspired drinks and meal options as part of the hotel’s Race Week programme.
Get your race day off to a sparkling start with a Laurent Perrier champagne brunch in the Gaslight Bar and Brasserie, ideal for groups of glamorous ladies before they head out to Ballybrit for Ladies' Day on Thursday July 30. This stylish brunch will also be available throughout the bank holiday weekend. Decadence rules supreme with Laurent Perrier champagne and oysters, as well as the uniquely created Laurent Perrier inspired desserts, which will be served throughout Race Week.
The partnership also includes a customised Laurent Perrier champagne Bed of Roses cocktail, made especially for Race Week. Bed of Roses is a delicious and tangy combination of Amaretto, Cointreau, and orange juice topped with Laurent Perrier Champagne. This classy cocktail is sure to be a favourite with stylish race goers during this year's racing festival.
