This Easter Monday, April 6, An Púcán will present an evening of Irish food and whiskey pairing with Teeling Irish Whiskey as part of this year’s Galway Food Festival.
The event promises to be an exciting evening of Irish food and whiskey pairing, where head chef Tom Joyce selects and prepares great Irish produce to exquisitely complement a range of specially prepared drinks by Teeling Irish Whiskey.
The organisers are keeping much of the menu and whiskey pairings a surprise, but the rabbit with Loughnane’s black pudding, caramelised baby pear, and wilted greens sounds tantalising. This promises to be a very special event for the festival. Tickets are limited (40 only ) and are only available in person at An Púcán, so book yours without delay.
