DNG Maxwell, Heaslip and Leonard launches major April auction

With the first quarter of 2015 already drawing to a close, the early indications from the property market have shown no let up in the momentum which emerged in the later part of 2014 with the investor returning to the property market.

The first few months of 2015 have seen huge levels of interest and activity in the property market, according to auctioneer James Heaslip. “Buyers, both investor and owner occupiers, are still very much in the market. Demand is certainly there. We saw this at our February auction with all properties listed now sold. We expect to see this trend continue with our April auction which will see 26 lots being brought to the market.”
