The company will also sponsor of the Connacht Schools Cup competitions - senior cup, junior cup, and both senior and junior development cups.
Connacht Rugby’s Head of Commercial & Marketing, Alex Saul, says the province is delighted to welcome Top Oil into its “growing family of partners”.
“As an Irish owned company with deep roots in Connacht, Top Oil understands the Connacht Rugby brand and the level of success we are striving for, both on and off the pitch. Their investment in our premier schools’ competition is a huge boost to schools rugby and it’s great to have an indigenous company of this calibre associated with one of the provinces top competitions.”
Top Oil regional sales manager, Clíona Ní Mhurchú, says Top Oil decided to become involved with Connacht Rugby because there is a “natural fit of both our ambitious and community focused brands”.
“We are very proud and excited to partner with Connacht Rugby and to see our Top Oil logo displayed so prominently on their jersey. Coming on board as title sponsor of the Top Oil Connacht Schools Cup is a very significant aspect of the partnership for us because schools represent such a vital part of our Top Oil business in Connacht.”
