Dr Clare’s skin clinic information evening at The Ardilaun

A free information evening on skin problems will take place at The Ardilaun hotel on Tuesday July 15 at 7pm.

Dr Dilis Clare’s skin clinic will offer free advice on ways to achieve healthy skin through nutrition and herbs, in addition to a natural skin treatment demonstration, and 10 per cent off all skin products on the night.

According to Dr Clare, acne, acne rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis are chronic skin problems that can lead to low self-esteem, scarring, and further skin damage.

Dr Dilis Clare’s skin clinic is now offering a natural way to resolve skin problems.

Dr Dilis Clare, Ireland’s only qualified GP and medical herbalist, has joined forces with one of Ireland’s leading skin specialists, Bernie Fahy, and nutritionist Michelle Hanley, to form a natural skin clinic.

Bernie Fahy’s expertise is based on more than 20 years’ experience as a skin specialist. She continues to attend leading specialist training to remain at the forefront of skin treatment.

Michelle Hanley is a nutritionist and juice specialist and has a special interest on the effect of nutrition on sleep.

According to Dr Dilis Clare a natural approach to skincare “will focus on treating you from the inside, and as an individual”.

“Herbs balance secretions, hormones, liver detoxification and good digestion, and lead to healthy glowing skin,” she says.

The Natural Skin Clinic’s programme includes a consultation with the nutritionist and medical herbalist, a skin analysis with the skin specialist, and a clinical diagnosis.
