Get back on the saddle for Galway Bike Festival

Galway Bike Festival, which runs from Saturday June 14 to Sunday June 22, was officially launched by the Mayor of Galway City, Cllr Padraic Conneely, on Friday May 27.

The programme includes free bike checks, fun cycles, lunchtime city cycle, heritage cycles, electric bike races, school cycling events, and much more, there will be something for every age and ability.

The cycling events which will take place all over Galway are organised by Galway City Council, Galway County Council, community groups, charities, and cycling groups.

Galway Bike Festival is an opportunity for people to get back on the saddle for commuting or recreation and just to have some fun.
