O’Malley to open show house in Reilean

O’Malley Construction Company will open its show house in Reilean, Roscam, for the next two Sundays. There are a number of four bedroom houses available for sale in the development, ranging from a 1,350sq ft end of terrace to an 1,800sq ft detached house, fronting on to Roscam Road.

In addition, there is a limited number of three bedroom duplex homes available in Boireann Bheag, Roscam, which can also be viewed. In Leargan, on the west side of the city, the final phase of three bedroom houses is nearing completion. New homes, under construction, are being built to modern building regulations and are achieving BER ratings as high as B1.

There is currently a strong demand for suitable family homes in Galway and these are the only new homes that have recently been built in Galway. In fact, the current shortage in the Galway market is leading to price increases, especially in the second-hand market.

A spokesperson for O’Malley’s has confirmed that the company is currently completing the construction of some 50 pre-sold units in its sites on both the east and west sides of the city. This upsurge in construction activity has generated additional employment and provided a significant boost to the local economy.

The spokesperson said that O’Malley Construction recently obtained planning permission on a five acre site in a prestigious location in Mount Merrion, Dublin. There has already been considerable interest in the €40m project, which will deliver both large detached houses and spacious two and three bedroom apartments to the south Dublin market.

The show unit in Reilean, Roscam, will be open for viewing on Sunday April 6 and Sunday April 13 from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, or by appointment. Arrangements can be made with O’Malley Construction to view all available properties.
