Metal EP launch at The Cellar

NO MAN’S Land, the Limerick doom metal band, will launch their EP The Last Monolith in The Cellar underground tomorrow at 9pm.

Formed in 2012 by two musicians looking to bring a doomier, Black Sabbathesque sound into metal in the west of Ireland, the band has won attention from metal fans for their gigging across the country and appearances at several Siege Of Limerick festivals.

The Last Monolith was recorded during the summer and distributed through Motherfuzzers Booking in Dublin. It is also available on No Man’s Land bandcamp page. The record combines old school Black Sabbath sound with heavier thrash metal mid-tempo elements.

The gig is organised by HexenHaus Promotions and Desert Rock Ireland. Support is from Twisted Wrath and Weed Priest. Admission is €3.
