FINE LINES, the debut solo exhibition from Sacha Brudell, is currently running in the Renzo gallery and café.
Sacha’s art takes inspiration from everyday nature. “I am drawn to the beauty of a fallen leaf and the magic of a water droplet caught in a web,” she said.
“The contrast between the strength of the leaf structure, to hold form for months after it had fallen and the simple delicacy and fragility of it in its harsh surroundings, inspired the themes for my new body of work.”
Alongside painting, she also makes portraits in pencil, chalk or paint. The exhibition runs until February 16. See www.sachabrudell.com
