Love/Hate team to come to Galway TV seminar

Actors, writers, and directors of RTÉ’s acclaimed crime drama Love/Hate come to Galway next month for a major seminar on television.

Love/Hate actor Tom Vaughan-Lawlor, writer Stuart Carolan, and director David Caffrey will take part in the Galway Film Centre’s Talking TV Drama seminar in The Harbour Hotel on Thursday October 17 and Friday 18.

An in-depth discussion on the writing and development of Love/Hate will be one of the many events at the seminar, along with an interview with The X-Files and Hunted screenwriter and showrunner Frank Spotnitz.

Other writers taking part are Bryan Elsley, writer and co-creator of Skins, and Oscar-nominated Tom Bidwell, who will discuss writing My Mad Fat Diary for E4.

More speakers are to be announced. Early booking is advised as places are limited. For more information see www.galwayfilmcentre.ie or Twitter #galwaydrama
