Former Iarnrod Eireann man to address Ballybane Enterprise Centre seminar

Local businesses looking for the fastest most cost effective way to differentiate their businesses from the competition will be interested in the September Business Seminar in Ballybane Enterprise Centre on Thursday September 26.

Entitled ‘Putting Customer Care at the Heart of your Business’ the seminar will be a very practical and informative session to help businesses define their customer service strategy

Delivered by professional coach and experienced business advisor Myles McHugh, the workshop will provide businesses with a clear understanding of the importance of their interactions with customers and will also equip participants with some practical tools to help them shape their own customer care strategy.

According to Mr McHugh, who previously managed the customer relations team at Iarnród Éireann, customer service is a key differentiator between businesses which fail and those who prosper.

“In today’s customer oriented business environment ‘people skills’ are critical to business success. Customer service can no longer be average or friendly – it needs to be remarkable. This can be achieved with a well planned strategy which puts the customer at the heart of the business,” said Mr McHugh.

General Manager of Ballybane Enterprise Centre, Liam Bluett is encouraging local business owners to attend the seminar.

“This customer service training seminar will give businesses the skills they need to communicate professionalism, gain respect, enhance customer relationships and secure an overall competitive advantage through customer service excellence, said Mr Bluett.

The seminar is free, however booking is essential as places are limited. Please contact Michael on 091 386 004 to book your place
