First time buyers and investors flock to O’Donnellan & Joyce open viewings

September is traditionally the restart of the selling season for properties, and the season commenced last Saturday when O’Donnellan & Joyce opened a substantial number of properties for viewing to the general public in advance of its auction on Friday October 4.

According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers the company was overwhelmed with the number of people viewing properties, particularly first time buyers and investors. The October 4 auction will feature 21 properties, all of which must be sold. First time buyers were particularly attracted to houses in good locations which are being offered at very attractive prices. The following is a list of the properties on offer.
