A DJ, an improviser, an entertainer, Beardyman is all these things and he is set to bring the house down at the Róisín Dubh next week when he brings his new show to the Dominick Street venue.
The Londoner’s live shows are a stunning display of vocal dexterity and live production. As well as his phenomenal human-beatbox mastery, these new shows will see Beardyman use the most advanced looping and production software which he specially developed, to create layered rhythms, soundscapes, fully produced songs and tunes, all of which will be improvised live and created entirely from the human voice.
Beardyman plays the Róisín on Friday November 23 at 9pm. Support is from Daithí Ó Dronaí. Tickets are available at www.roisindubh.net, from the Ticket Desk at OMG, Shop Street (formerly Zhivago ), and The Róisín Dubh.
