Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard launches September auctions

September is fast approaching and with ‘back to school’ and ‘back to normal routine’ fever beginning to gain momentum, the team at Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard are already focused on September 14, which will see the first of the company’s autumn/winter 2012 auctions. As usual, a range of properties is being offered to the market in the September auction with six lots going under the hammer.

Denam House, Taylor’s Hill

Lot no 1 offers the rare and exciting opportunity to purchase a property in Taylor’s Hill. Ard Na Mara was one of the first residential areas to be developed in Salthill, and it has stood the test of time as a first class family location.
