THE 30 Minute Film Festival run by Galway Film Centre, Galway Film Fleadh, and Solid Media, is calling on filmmakers and film enthusiasts to take part.
The festival is seeking one minute HD films, which can be uploaded onto Youtube. Thirty such films will be selected by a panel of judges and screened on July 15 as part of the Galway Film Fleadh.
Two awards will be given, the Judges’ Award and the Audience Award. The winning films will be available to watch on the websites of all organisations involved for some time after the festival.
The deadline for entry is midnight on Wednesday July 4. All genres are welcome including documentary. Animation is also welcome. The only condition is that it is a one minute HD film and it is uploaded onto a private link on Youtube.
