This auction includes a variety of properties, from a hotel in Oughterard to investment properties, family homes, and development sites.

The first property to be auctioned is the site at No 61 Upper Newcastle, Galway. The property, which is located close to the gates of NUIG, is an incredible development opportunity. On the site there is a semi-derelict property which could be refurbished to its former glory if desired. The site also comes with full planning permission to demolish the existing residence and construct two luxury houses. No 61 Upper Newcastle is a very high profile location on the main Newcastle Road, within walking distance of the city centre, UHG, and NUIG. It comes with an AMV of €150,000. The solicitor with carriage of sale is Kieran Murphy, Kieran Murphy & Co, 9 The Crescent, Galway, 091 587171.
