Mervue host Drogheda

Mervue United host premier division side Drogheda United at Fahy’s Field tomorrow evening (7.45pm ).

This is Mervue’s only pre-season warm-up game at home, having opened this series with a 1-0 defeat to premier division champions Shamrock Rovers at the Tallaght Stadium on Saturday evening.

It was a solid display from Johnny Glynn’s charges. Mervue’s u-9 team hosted city rivals Salthill Devon at Fahy’s Field on Tuesday evening in the second round of the Airtricity Enda McGuill Cup.
