Kia Motors goes the extra mile for Special Olympics Ireland

In one of the most generous donations, Kia Motors Ireland has donated five new Carnival MPVs to Special Olympics Ireland.

The cars, which feature distinctive ribbon graphics on the exterior, will be a colourful addition to the roads on which they will travel throughout Ireland.

Speaking at the launch, Matt English, newly appointed CEO of Special Olympics Ireland said: “We are so grateful to Kia Motors Ireland for its generosity and for going the extra mile for Special Olympics Ireland - particularly during these difficult economic times. These cars will enable us to visit Special Olympics athletes and clubs in communities all over Ireland and will help us to fulfil our promise of changing lives.”

James Brooks, managing director, Kia Motors Ireland said: "Kia Motors Corporation is extremely proactive throughout the world in terms of corporate social responsibility and Kia Motors Ireland is delighted to make its contribution in this regard by donating these five Kia Carnivals to Special Olympics Ireland.
