Evergreen hosts public talk on children‘s nutrition

Next Tuesday night in Moycullen sees Evergreen Healthfoods hosting a public talk on children’s nutrition. The talk entitled ‘Healthy Eating For Children’ takes place upstairs at The Forge Bar in Moycullen at 8pm and will support local children’s charity CD‘s Helping Hands.

Following on from the success of last month’s ’Pain and Inflammation…The Natural Approach’ talk, this month Evergreen are focusing on children. Nutritional therapist Heather Leeson of Positive Nutrition is giving the talk, and will focus on all aspects of children’s nutrition including tips on dealing with allergies, constipation, intolerances and the issue of fussy eaters.
