Go Wilde about Dorian in Clarinbridge

OSCAR WILDE’S controversial and celebrated novel The Picture of Dorian Gray will be performed and read in Clarinbridge this weekend.

Wonderland Productions Ltd will present The Picture of Dorian Gray in the Parish Hall, Clarinbridge, this Sunday from 4pm to 6.30pm. The work will be narrated by actors Michael James Ford, Simon Coury, and Michael Winder in the roles of artist Basil Hallward, the decadent Lord Henry, and Dorian Gray. It is directed by Alice Coghlan.

The production has received rave reviews with The Sunday Times calling it “an exquisite adaptation” while Irish Theatre Magazine said it was “a fascinating, civilised afternoon at the theatre”.
