Learn new habits to improve your business

How often have you heard it said you are what you repeatedly do? No where is this more true than in business where non productive habits and behaviour patterns can significantly impact upon business performance.

This and other challenges to business development will be addressed at a free seminar in Ballybane Enterprise Centre on Tuesday November 23 at 6.30pm

Entitled “Out with the Old”, the seminar is organised by the Business and Breakfast Network Group, a Galway based business support group who meet weekly to promote networking opportunities and foster business relationships among its members.

Speakers on the evening are Ita Kelly of Smooth Transitions, Shauna O’Neill from Sigmar Recruitment, and Brian Young of Streamline Data. The three speakers will share their individual experiences of breaking old habits and improving their business performance.

Ita Kelly who runs Start Your Own Business courses, will look at best practice tools and approaches to deal with the blocks that stop people from being successful in their work or business.

Shauna O'Neil, Senior consultant with Sigmar Recruitment, will explore her approaches to expand business through telesales and Brian Young of Streamline Data will share his experience of implementing a structured sales process to grow business.

The seminar will be facilitated by Dymphna Ormond of Ormond Coaching who has over seven years experience helping individuals to develop their skills and competencies to deliver results that matter.

Ms Ormond believes that by challenging non-productive habits and developing new productive habits people can be more successful in business and business development.

“We all develop habits, some that work for us and some that hinder our performance,” says Ms Ormond.

“It is only when we confront our non-productive habits, that we can start to look at new behaviour patterns and improve our business performance,” she concluded.

Attendance at the seminar is free however registration is essential. Contact Tomas or Mary on 091 386 004 to reserve your place.
