De Paor and McNamara are new selectors

Seán Óg De Paor and Martin McNamara were unveiled as Tomas Ó Flatharta’s new selectors at the weekend.

De Paor is on international selection duty this week as one of Anthony Tohill’s selectors for the compromise rules series. He collected two All-Stars in 1998 and 2001 and was a former county u-21 selector with Stephen Joyce. He was involved with Oranmore-Maree this season.

Martin McNamara was one of the best goalkeepers in the country in the 1990s and won an All-Star for his heroics in 1998. He has been actively involved in coaching in the past few years with Milltown and his own club Corofin.
