The Ardilaun Leisure Club has extended its facilities with an excellent new spin studio, free weights room and power plates being introduced.
It has also introduced membership discounts offering five months for the price of four and ongoing short and long-term deals still available.
‘Grow with the Ardilaun Programme’ is now in full swing at the Ardilaun Leisure Club. The concept of children establishing familiarity with water from an early stage in life and progressing onto the fundamentals of swimming is crucial,so the club has pre-natal classes for the Mums To Be, Baby Aquatics for newly born babies, and swimming lessons for all ages of children.
A mother and toddler class and ‘Fit for Kids’ make up the essential ingredients in its Growing with The Ardilaun Programme.
Koala Kids Club will run for two weeks during Easter, running from March 30 to April 2 and April 6 to 9 10-2pm.
