A celebration of Christmas at The Village Nursing Care Centre

The Village Care Centre will hold a celebration of Christmas this Sunday December 13 from 1pm. The event involves a craft fair starting at 1pm, packed with goodies including Christmas cakes, table centrepieces, candles, cards, pottery, jewellery, toys, and other unique Christmas gift options. As evening draws in guests will be treated to a number of musical treats from local musicians and choirs, while the Village Care Centre Christmas lights are officially turned on.

Special guests on the day will include the Loughrea Active Retirement Group choir and the Shannon Knights choir, followed by set dancing displays and music by Vincent and friends.

Mulled wine and other treats will be served in the day room as the music and dancing continues late into the evening. For the children there will be face painting in the grotto along with a special guest all the way from the North Pole. Throughout the day a reduced price family photography studio will be offered by award winning photographer Dave Ruffles, so make sure to dress to impress and avail of this opportunity to capture your family this festive season.

The event which is free of charge is guaranteed to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. The Village Care Centre is situated at Ballygarriff close to Oranmore, Clarenbridge, and Craughwel, and approximately 20 minutes from Galway city.
